A VERY FUN AND BUSY WEEKEND

We had an extremely long and fun filled weekend. There are over 250 pictures to prove it. I'll try to keep it to a minimum. I could look at pictures of Rylan all day long, but most of you would probably get bored.

Aunt Erica (Dustin's twin sister) came all the way from Indiana to visit Rylan. From the time we picked her up until the time she left we were on the go. We were very sad to see her leave. We miss you Aunt Erica!

Our first stop was HH Gregg. Uncle Tom (Erica's husband) manages the store in Indianapolis. Rylan may have a future as a salesman.

Rylan spent much of his day in a shopping cart.

Here he is taking a nap with his new buddy Bob. He's a sting ray that Aunt Erica brought from the aquarium in Maryland. Bob's tail spent a lot of time in Rylan's mouth.

Aunt Erica bought him lots of fun stuff. Here he is sporting his new froggy PJs.

Saturday we had a cookout at our house with Dustin's Dad and all of his family. We had a blast! Here's Rylan trying to hula! Great Grandma with Lydia, Rylan, and Haleigh.

Erin's first Mother's Day was memorable for lots of reasons. First, Rylan's dedication was held at our church. This was our way of publicly stating our desire to raise him in a Godly home. Many members of our family were able to attend and that made it very special. Rylan and Daddy gave Mommy some flowers and a very sweet card.
We also got to spend some time with Great Granny and Erin's mom's family. Erin, her mom, and her grandmother got to celebrate Mother's Day together. We had a great time visiting. Great Granddad shocked us all as soon as we arrived. He isn't too keen on holding babies, but a miracle occurred. He decided to hold Rylan. Notice the precious outfit he is wearing, compliments of Aunt Erica.
Rylan decided to try drinking out of a big boy cup. Happy Mother's Day!
